The Women's employment watchdog is monitoring board, with analysing, thinking and suggesting tasks which Sonatrach has set up to know and improve women's employment in terms of : Recruitment Access to training Access to Manager Positions

The criterion selected by the Women's Employment Watchdog in undertaking its mission is: equal chance for equal competence.

The accumulation of data and building up of experience were presented to the whole energy and mines sector during the open day on Women's employment in the energy and mines sector held in 5 January 2005.

The recommendations resulting from the open day's proceedings gave birth to the ministerial directive on the promotion of women's employment in the energy and mines sector in 5 January 2005.
